Return & Refund Policy for Robot Kits


  • Unused robot kits can be returned within 7 days.
  • Kits must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Contact us for return instructions.


  • Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, we’ll notify you of the status.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Robotics Training


  • Refunds for robotics training will be prorated based on the number of classes attended.
  • No refunds will be issued for classes already completed.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds will be processed by directly from branch/Franchisee where you paid for service.
  • Leap Robots is not Guarentee on refunds which you paid directly to Franchisee.

Rates & Delivery:

  • Shipping charges calculated at checkout.
  • Orders processed within 2 Days Min – 7 days Maximum business days.

Confirmation & Tracking:

  • You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s).

Customs & Taxes:

  • Customer responsible for any customs and taxes.
