Return & Refund Policy for Robot Kits
Returns:
- Unused robot kits can be returned within 7 days.
- Kits must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Contact us for return instructions.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, we’ll notify you of the status.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy for Robotics Training
Refunds:
- Refunds for robotics training will be prorated based on the number of classes attended.
- No refunds will be issued for classes already completed.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving your request.
- Refunds will be processed by directly from branch/Franchisee where you paid for service.
- Leap Robots is not Guarentee on refunds which you paid directly to Franchisee.

Rates & Delivery:
- Shipping charges calculated at checkout.
- Orders processed within 2 Days Min – 7 days Maximum business days.
Confirmation & Tracking:
- You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s).
Customs & Taxes:
- Customer responsible for any customs and taxes.
Damages:
- Contact us for damaged items during shipping.
